One of the problems that you can face when using the [REED] Reminders+ product is that the Reminder may display with a dash instead of a number in the Count column and the Edit and Notes buttons will not work:

There can be a few causes of this:

1. The user might not have the relevant permissions to see the records in the Saved Search. Either someone else needs to edit the Reminder and change the Applicable Roles and Applicable Users because they shouldn't be involved in this task OR your NetSuite administrator must update their role permissions so they can do what they need to do.

2. The saved search that has been selected has been deactivated or never existed because the internal ID is wrong. To fix this follow the steps below:

a. Get a user to inactivate the Reminder by clicking on the “Inactivate” button on the last column of the Reminder:

b. The Administrator should go through the menu path: “Customization > Lists, Records & Fields > Record Types” and click on “Record Types.”

c. Find the “Reminder Definition” record:

d. Click on the “List” button for that row in the right of the screen

e. Click on “Show Inactives”

f. Go through any inactive records and find the one that is broken:

g. Then click on its Edit Button.

h. Edit the Saved Search internal ID:

i. Click on “Save:”

j. Uncheck the Inactive box for that Reminder and click “Submit”

The reminder will now be fixed for the user!
